Shipping & Returns
All postal Packaging can be recycled except for the stickers.
For orders placed before midday, we aim to process the same business day.
Orders placed after midday will be processed the next business day.
During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
We send all orders via the Royal Mail, who advise that: Royal Mail 24™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels the next working day upon handover in the United Kingdom. Royal Mail 48™ – the aim is to deliver your parcels within two working days, with a small minority within 3 working days upon handover in the United Kingdom.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage is free on all orders over £30 and costs £3.25 for orders under this amount. Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage for £4.50
Orders can also be collected from our shop selecting the click and collect option.
We send our international orders via Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service. The Royal Mail give the following delivery aims for international orders: Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
European postage costs a flat rate of £9.00
Worldwide postage costs a flat rate of £15.00
You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
RETURNS BY POST
Please return your item/s in their original packaging. Be sure to include your name, order number and contact details.

We are happy to exchange or return via the original payment method.
If the purchase was over £70 we advise you to return via a “signed for” service and keep the proof of purchase as we are unable to be responsible for any postal losses.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We cannot refund the item(s) if any third-party repairs, incorrect use or careless handling have occurred.
HOW WE WILL RESPOND
Once we received your return, providing it meets the returns conditions above, we will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period. Most returns will be processed within 14 days, although, on occasion, some returns may take up to 28 days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and LJ Ross is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we understand that you may prefer not to ask the purchaser for the receipt. We would therefore be able to offer you a gift credit for the value of your return, subject to the same return conditions as above.
We’re always really disappointed on the rare occasions that customers receive an item that isn’t to our high standards. Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.
